  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Certain items such as personalized products or pet consumables may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll happily exchange it.

  • Please contact us at support@figgystore.com within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange.
